Geraldine is an Aussie import who landed in New Zealand (and at Pet Vet) in December 2020. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012, has worked in general practice, as well as Emergency & Referral Hospitals, and completed Memberships in Small Animal Medicine in 2018. She emigrated to NZ with her Kiwi fiancé and 2 elderly cats Mama & Fedor and she is loving the greenery and relaxed lifestyle of the Hutt Valley. She loves all things medicine and emergency so has taken on casual work at the Wellington After Hours Vet Clinic as well as her leadership role at Pet Vet. She’s also passionate about Ultrasound, performing scans in the clinic on a regular basis, and has just begun a Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Abdominal Ultrasound through Melbourne University.

When she’s not at work she can be found at the gym, exploring the outdoors, studying, or dancing around the living room to her favourite tunes.
